Thatch Protection
Created to prevent UV rays from breaking down the natural thatching, this water-based acrylic coating is easy to apply and prolongs the lifespan of both Bali and African Thatch.
Use with African Thatch – can be painted or sprayed on before, or during the installation of African Thatch to structure.
Use with Bali Thatch – we recommend allowing Bali Thatch to settle for six-eight weeks and then using a spray application.
Recommended recoat of three-four years. Thatchcoat has the following qualities:

Bamboo Preservation
Designed to prevent weathering and fading, this water-based, UV resistant, acrylic coating is easy to apply and is an excellent tool to rejuvenate exterior Bamboo.
Bamboocoat can easily be painted or sprayed onto Bamboo Panels. We recommend allowing Bamboo to weather for at least three months before the application.
Recommended recoat of three-four years.

Timber Preservation
Designed to promote preservation for all exterior timber, the Timber Glow water-based, UV resistant, acrylic coating range is easy to apply. It is a market leader in both quality and affordability. The Timber Glow Range can easily be painted or sprayed onto all exterior timber surfaces.
At Island Thatch, we recommend recoat of three-four years. Timber Glow and Timber Glow Deck have the following qualities:
